Methodology in 60 seconds

  1. Record the publicly displayed USD monthly seat price for annual billing, plan name, billing basis, and official vendor URL.
  2. Calculate annual seat cost as monthly seat price × users × 12 for 5-, 10-, and 20-user scenarios.
  3. Order the five prices to calculate the median; divide their sum by five for the unweighted mean.
  4. Exclude implementation, migration, tax, optional add-ons, usage charges, internal labor, and negotiated discounts.
  5. Publish the observation date so readers can judge freshness and reproduce the result.

The sample contains HubSpot Starter, Freshsales Growth, monday CRM Basic, Pipedrive Lite, and Zoho CRM Professional. Product capability differs materially, so the data should not be presented as a value ranking.
